She strives to help clients find the balance between creating the life they want to live and trusting their instincts and intuition by living in the moment in a mindful way. Her passion in life is to explore different cultures, connect with nature, and work with others to tap into their potential to live the life they want to live. Diane has also become active in working with people who struggle with their body image and relationship with food. She takes a holistic approach that incorporates a variety of approaches that ultimately focus on lifestyle rather than adhering to rules.
