Our Rebate Process
Medicare Rebates Processed Instantly: If you have a GP Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), we process your Medicare rebate directly on the day of your session so the funds go straight back into your bank account.
Private Health Claims: We are a private billing practice. For private health insurance claims, we provide you with a formal invoice immediately after payment so you can easily claim your rebate directly through your health fund.
Cancellation Policy
Our 48 Hour Policy: Your appointment time is strictly reserved for you. Because our practitioners dedicate significant preparation time to each session, we require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Fees: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session will incur the full consultation fee. This policy ensures we can maintain practice efficiency and offer empty session times to clients on our waiting list.
